Reservation Policies
-When making a Reservation, the pending message is NOT a confirmation.
-After making the Reservation, you will receive a confirmation message
-If you have not received a confirmation by email, please call the restaurant to check on your reservation status. Restaurant Phone Number 03-6722-6244
-If we are not notified and there is a decrease in your party there is a ¥2000 vacant seat charge per absent person for preventing us from seating other guests. In cases of course meal reservations, the vacant seat charge will be the cost of the course. So PLEASE CALL!
-For large groups and course meal reservations that fail to make contact to cancel a reservation ahead of the designated time, a fee will be incurred and invoiced to you.
-Running late happens and that’s OK but if you are 15 minutes late without notifying the restaurant, Your reservation will be considered canceled. So PLEASE CALL!
